This stay turned out to be the highlight of my trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional—two guys who went above and beyond. The first one upgraded me to a corner room (probably thanks to my Hilton Diamond status), and the second one even helped us call a taxi. The room had two windows facing the sea, offering stunning views. Even though it’s near the road, the soundproofing is excellent—once the windows are closed, you won’t hear any traffic at all. The only downside? It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 10 minutes—but that’s totally manageable if you’re okay with walking or prefer taking a taxi. Perfect for travelers who value comfort, great service, and a peaceful seaside view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, upscale experience in Naples.

The property itself is brand new, housed in a beautifully restored noble building, and our room was cozy, meticulously maintained, and wonderfully warm during winter months. But what truly sets this place apart are Alessandra and Arturo—the hosts. They’re an extraordinary couple who welcome you with genuine warmth and go above and beyond to meet every need with kindness, attention, and humanity. Breakfast is satisfying, well-balanced, and always fresh. Cleanliness is consistently top-notch. This isn’t just a stay—it’s a feeling of being cared for, not only through the quality of the space but through the heartfelt connection they create with every guest. Finding this hotel took a bit of time since the actual entrance is on the third floor—look for door number 62 in the first photo, that’s where you enter. The small elevator in the second photo is perfect for luggage; just use the stairs if you're walking. The front desk staff mentioned the property has over 700 years of history and is protected, so no renovations or modifications are allowed. Despite that, the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is well varied and you can enjoy it seated in the garden—a peaceful, lovely spot. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortably equipped. The only downside is the immediate entrance area, which isn’t particularly inviting, but overall, this place is absolutely worth it. Great charm, unique atmosphere, and fantastic value—definitely a top choice for a memorable stay in Naples.
