Right on the waterfront near the Olympic Sailing Center, you can step out and catch a ferry to see the famous orange sea view without any hassle—no long queues, just pure convenience. It’s also walking distance to Yinguo Shopping District and Haixin Plaza, where you’ll find plenty of delicious local food options, especially fresh seafood that’s hard to beat. I stayed in a sea-view room, and waking up to endless ocean views from the bedroom window was magical—plus, you can even catch the light show at May Fourth Square from your room. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with a stylish yet cozy vibe. Even though there’s no elevator, the owner went above and beyond—helped carry my heavy suitcases upstairs, offered water when I left, and even brought back something I accidentally left behind.
