What truly stood out was the exceptional service—staff members were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the waiters, Aadil, greeted us in Spanish—it added such a personal touch! Shashi, Chitzashii, and Ravi were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from a decent shopping complex, making it super convenient for grabbing essentials or doing some light shopping. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed to make guests comfortable. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Rivatas for anyone visiting Varanasi.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel—peaceful surroundings, great service, and a fantastic dinner served in-room. The breakfast was delicious too, and the staff were very attentive. It's a bit farther from the city center, but a short taxi ride makes it super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Varanasi—it’s peaceful, comfortable, and offers real value. The only downside was the Wi-Fi in the room, which wasn’t very strong, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Madsquad Hostel Dorms & Rooms
The hostel was just okay overall. Located near the city center of Varanasi, it's convenient for reaching the Ganges river early in the morning to catch sunrise. However, the cleanliness of the dorm rooms left much to be desired, and the space per bed was quite limited. Noise from neighboring guests was a noticeable issue, especially during nighttime. While the price offered decent value for money, the service and facilities didn't live up to expectations. It could definitely use some improvements to enhance the guest experience.

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming—especially Ms. Mahima, who was cheerful, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Her positive attitude really made the stay more enjoyable. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, steps away from major attractions and local eateries. I loved how quiet and peaceful the inn felt while still being close to everything. It’s rare to find such a cozy, well-run place with such great value. I’d definitely recommend this gem to anyone visiting Varanasi.

This property is not worth being listed on any platform. The room descriptions are completely misleading—every single room is designated as smoking only, yet there’s no clear indication during booking, so you might accidentally end up with a smoking room thinking it’s non-smoking. To make matters worse, basic amenities like drinking water and towels in the bathroom were missing upon arrival. I reached out to the platform regarding these issues, and they did offer some compensation, but that doesn’t fix the poor experience. If you’re considering this hotel just because the price seems competitive, please think twice. There are far better options out there. You’ll thank me later for steering you away from this one. Don’t waste your time or money—this place simply doesn’t deliver.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail that made the room feel fresh and welcoming. Located in a prime area, it’s super convenient for getting to both Vishwanath Temple and the railway station, whether by auto-rickshaw or taxi. I appreciated how easy it was to navigate around the city from here. This place truly delivers on comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Varanasi.
