The staff were incredibly accommodating and let me check in early—such a thoughtful touch. I especially want to highlight Dmitry, who went above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. After reading other guests’ feedback, I now understand why so many people rave about the team—when you experience their warmth firsthand, it’s impossible not to appreciate it. The room was immaculate, everything I needed was there, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The only minor downside? It’s a bit of a walk from some main attractions—but just a 3-minute stroll to the Vallcarca metro station on the green line, which makes getting around super easy.
