The front desk staff spoke fluent English and responded quickly to any inquiries. I appreciated the complimentary drink they offered upon renewal—it was a nice touch. My only minor disappointment was that I requested a king-size bed, but instead received two single beds pushed together. The mattress had wheels underneath and wasn’t securely fixed, so there was slight movement in the middle when lying down—slightly concerning for safety. A small issue, but something worth noting for future guests who prefer a stable king bed. Overall, this hotel is outstanding, and I’d definitely recommend it.
