It’s easily the most memorable and satisfying stay we’ve had in Italy, and we’d recommend it without hesitation.

Given how central the hotel is, combined with its excellent service and reasonable pricing, this place offers incredible value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence—it’s truly a gem.

Staying at FH Grand Hotel Mediterraneo in Florence was an absolute delight. The moment I arrived, the front desk team went above and beyond by upgrading me to a larger room at no extra cost—such a nice surprise! While the bathroom is a bit compact, it’s well-designed and functional, so it doesn’t really detract from the experience. The hotel itself feels brand new, with modern amenities and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic—huge variety of fresh options, including both local Italian specialties and international favorites. I especially loved the pastries and coffee. Best of all? Location is unbeatable. Everything I wanted to see—Uffizi Gallery, Duomo, Piazza della Signoria—was within a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. Easy access to public transport too. If you're visiting Florence, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and value—all in one. Highly recommend!

Staying at Benci House in the heart of Florence was an absolute delight. The property itself is beautifully designed with a spacious queen-sized bed and tasteful decor that gives it a cozy yet elegant vibe. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For its prime location, quality, and charm, the price is incredibly fair compared to other hotels in Florence. Staying at Hotel Glance in Florence was an absolute delight. The room was warmly decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Staying at this hotel felt like being right in the heart of Florence's magic. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Ponte Vecchio, with stunning views and easy access to all major sights. Staying at B&B La Marmora 39 was a wonderful experience. The property is just a 4- to 5-block walk from the Duomo, making it super convenient for exploring Florence on foot or by public transit—though we didn’t use the bus that stops right in front. The place is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained. We arrived early, and they happily stored our luggage without any hassle. Our room was generously sized with a private balcony offering lovely views. The bathroom had a few quirks: the floor gets slippery when wet, so extra caution is needed, and the shower controls were a bit tricky to figure out at first—though basic toiletries were provided. There’s no kitchen or cooking facilities, nor cutlery, but breakfast is handled thoughtfully. You need to pre-book your breakfast the day before via email or WhatsApp, and receive a voucher with a selection of options. It’s actually quite comprehensive and delicious. One thing to note: the front desk is only open in the morning, so if you arrive later, you’ll get automated access instructions sent directly to your phone. Everything worked smoothly. Overall, this is a fantastic value stay with great location, warm hospitality, and excellent attention to detail.

Stayed at Corte Dei Neri was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence, perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was warm and cozy, with a comfortable bed and excellent cleanliness. Though it faces a street, soundproofing is surprisingly effective—no noise at all. Some finishing details are a bit dated, but that doesn’t take away from the charm. Marzia, our host, went above and beyond with helpful tips and local insights that made our three-day stay truly memorable. From hidden gems to great dining spots, her recommendations were spot-on. This place offers incredible value and a personal touch you don’t often find. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

I had a seamless check-in experience—almost fully self-guided. Arrived around 8 PM, called the front desk, and received clear, patient instructions every step of the way. The location is unbeatable: right outside the iconic Florence Cathedral, surrounded by amazing restaurants and attractions. Just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around so convenient. I compared several hotels in this price range that were near major sights and close to the station, and this one stood out for its perfect balance of value, convenience, and charm. Definitely worth every penny.
