Staying at Hotel Red Castle in Karol Bagh was a fantastic experience. Despite being tucked away in a narrow lane, the hotel is incredibly accessible—Ola and Uber drivers know exactly where to go, and they can drop off and pick up right at the entrance. The front desk staff, Mr. Rahul, was prompt and extremely helpful. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, but when I asked nicely, they served it at 7:15—such a thoughtful touch! The food was excellent, especially the tawa pratha and masala chai—rich in flavor and totally authentic. I appreciated that they provided a proper GST-compliant invoice with company details, which made business travel hassle-free. Plus, having 24-hour room service was a game-changer for late-night cravings or early-morning snacks. The hotel is located right next to Gold Souk, and just across the street is another property under the same group—Triple Hotel—so you know the standard is consistent. If you're visiting Delhi, this is a great choice for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Even when he wasn’t on-site, the front desk staff immediately called him and arranged a Japanese-speaking conversation—super helpful and thoughtful. On early departure days, they kindly packed breakfast into a portable meal box, and on my last day, they allowed a late checkout, giving me just enough time to explore the nearby market for souvenirs, freshen up with a shower, and leave relaxed. They also took the time to explain how to use the metro system clearly and patiently—something I truly appreciated as a first-time visitor. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Plus, there’s a small supermarket right next door where I picked up local snacks and instant noodles—perfect for a quick bite or souvenir. With its great location, warm hospitality, and outstanding service, Pals Inn truly stands out. It’s more than just a place to stay—it feels like home away from home.
