Lockers are a must-have, and you can grab one for just $5, which gives peace of mind. The dorms were spotless, the bed was cozy and came with a built-in phone charging shelf and a reading light — little touches that make a big difference. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast (toast, bagels, pancakes, fruit, coffee, juice) was simple but delicious and a great way to start each morning. The location couldn’t be better — right between Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards, within easy reach of the Griffith Observatory, the Walk of Fame, and so much more. There’s a bit of street noise in the early morning and late night, and the towels are on the smaller side, but honestly, those are minor issues.
