Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, there’s a complimentary shuttle bus running every 20 minutes, with seating available in the waiting area—very thoughtful. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a restful stay. I specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity to Kobe Animal Kingdom—just two stops away on the train, and it takes only about 20 minutes to reach Sannomiya Station.
