The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such comfort and quality in a central location—definitely a top choice for future visits. The furniture was definitely aged but still functional. What stood out most was the excellent housekeeping and cleaning service—every time we returned to the room, it was spotless and well-maintained, which really helped offset any concerns about the room's age. If you're looking for a brand-new look, I’d recommend avoiding the classic rooms. But if you’re not too fussy about aesthetics and value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, this place offers fantastic value. It’s also conveniently located near public transit, making exploring Jakarta easy.
