Absolutely outstanding experience — truly the best! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I specifically requested a city view room. The hotel went above and beyond: they wrote our anniversary message on the mirror and even brought a little cake — such a thoughtful touch! 🙏 Located in one of Jakarta’s most upscale neighborhoods, the vibe feels remarkably like Singapore — elegant and vibrant. Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

I picked this property because it's super close to RSCM hospital, and the reviews were promising. Turns out it's located in Menteng Executive Apartment—a classic yet luxurious residential complex in Jakarta. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom unit at no extra cost, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and everything inside worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such comfort and quality in a central location—definitely a top choice for future visits. I’ll be coming back without hesitation.

Staying at Erian Hotel was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The view from the room was breathtaking—towering over the city skyline with stunning panoramic vistas that made every moment feel special. The service truly stood out, especially thanks to the amazing staff members Sheina and Shelly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

We recently hosted a large gathering of Indonesian family and friends at Batavia Apartment ST — this was our third visit within the past year (the last time right after Ramadan). We were celebrating a child’s birthday and also planning to visit Jakarta Fair. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from gate security and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant team — greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and exude a cozy, classy homely vibe that truly felt like home. Our Indonesian friends absolutely loved it. The pool, gym, and sauna are excellent amenities, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. While I didn’t have breakfast on either day due to feeling under the weather, I’ve dined here before and can confirm the restaurant manager and team deliver top-notch service — we had around 18 guests in total, including friends dropping by spontaneously, and everything ran smoothly. The only minor issue is that the TV occasionally glitches, but the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, the property is just steps away from a 24-hour convenience store and packed with diverse dining options. Overall, it’s a laid-back, welcoming retreat ideal for groups and families who value comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Staying at Javein Blue Pacific Hotel in Jakarta was a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. One small downside: there was no kettle available for boiling water, which made preparing tea or coffee a bit tricky. That said, it didn’t detract much from the overall quality. This was my third time staying at Kuretakeso Kemang Hotel, and I ended up booking the entire duration of my trip here after initially planning just a short stay. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with that warm, welcoming vibe that made me want to stay—so much so that I never switched hotels. The pricing was incredibly attractive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall comfort felt truly homely. Right outside the hotel, there's a cozy ramen restaurant, plus a variety of local street food stalls offering authentic flavors. There's also a mosque nearby, making it convenient and peaceful for all kinds of travelers. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Jakarta, this is it. 10/10 recommendation—can't recommend it enough!

Even though check-in wasn’t officially until later, they kindly allowed us to access our room right away—a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. The room itself offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Location-wise, it's ideally situated near Thamrin’s main attractions and public transport, making everything super accessible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Jakarta, this hotel is a must-try. Would book again in a heartbeat.
