From there, the views are unforgettable: the iconic Cerro Santa Lucía, the tallest building in South Africa (yes, really), and the distant Andes mountains stretching across the horizon. Sunset and moonrise here are simply magical. I stayed for eight days, and by the end, the staff all knew me by name—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Breakfast was generous and delicious, while dinner at the rooftop venue was surprisingly excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in Santiago’s cultural heart.
