We reported the issues every single day, only to be told, ‘We’ll file a report,’ which never led to any actual fix. When we brought it up again to the front desk, the response was simply, ‘OK, we’ll make a report.’ No apology, no follow-up, not even a gesture of goodwill. In the end, we were offered a free beer—nothing more. While the hotel’s location and overall vibe are strong, the lack of maintenance support and poor communication left a bad taste. If you’re considering a stay here, know that while the service can be warm, reliability and problem-solving need serious improvement.
