The hotel has a mixed experience. I appreciated the clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.
