Staying at Shangri-La Apartments in Singapore was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, making it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially Linda on the 9th floor, who went above and beyond with her warm and thoughtful service. It’s great to see a multilingual team, including Chinese-speaking staff at the lobby, which made communication easy and stress-free. Being just steps away from the Shangri-La Hotel meant we could easily enjoy dining or heading to the fitness center without needing to travel far. The private pool is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. With excellent location, top-notch amenities, and genuine hospitality, this place offers incredible value. I’d definitely book here again if I ever return to Singapore.

Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to MRT stations and close to major attractions. The only note is that bottled water isn’t provided, but there’s a kettle available in the room, which makes it easy to boil water for tea or coffee. It’s a small trade-off for such a great overall experience. With excellent service, comfort, and value, I’d definitely come back again.
