The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room stays quiet at night, making for a deep, restful sleep. They even provide extra blankets if you get chilly—such a thoughtful touch. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely nice to be around. I arrived early at 8 a.m. and was happily allowed to check in right away. It's just a short walk from South Yarra Station, so getting around Melbourne is super convenient. If I ever return to Melbourne, this will be my first choice. A truly exceptional stay—highly recommend!
