While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.

The only minor hiccup was the name confusion: on the booking platform, it’s listed as "The Apartments," but it’s actually part of the Intercontinental Jeddah complex—just one building within a larger development. This caused some issues with the taxi driver who struggled to locate us, costing us extra time. Despite that, the overall stay was fantastic. The location, comfort, and service are top-notch. I’d still give this place a solid 5-star rating without hesitation.
