Staying at Villa du Roc Fleuri was an absolute delight—far beyond what I expected. Fanny made our trip unforgettable with her warm hospitality; she helped us carry luggage, prepared a delicious breakfast, and even let us spend time with her adorable dogs. Kelly and her mom were such sweet company on a rainy day in Cannes—without them, we’d have had no idea how to pass the time! The room was cozy yet perfectly designed, with two large terrace doors that flooded the space with natural light and fresh air. It felt dry, bright, and incredibly inviting. The bed was comfortable, and the floor covered in soft matting made every step feel like walking on clouds. Breakfast was always available—coffee and fresh bread ready whenever we wanted. Unfortunately, it rained all day, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor terrace with tea and views of the hills—but now I’m even more curious about how beautiful it must be on a sunny day. Who knew Cannes had such a peaceful, scenic countryside hidden just minutes away? This stay created some of my most cherished travel memories. I’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast is outstanding—rich with both savory and sweet options, including homemade jams that truly stand out. The subtle fragrance throughout the property, combined with spotless rooms and common areas, earns top marks. A charming garden setting invites you to enjoy breakfast, a quiet tea, or a delightful aperitif—so inviting, you’ll hardly feel like leaving for a café in Cannes. Located in a peaceful residential area, it’s just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the heart of town. For now, this is my go-to hotel in Cannes.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent lighting and modern amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Even though it's a boutique hotel, the service feels personal and genuine. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced mix of comfort, charm, and value. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend this gem in Cannes.

Cannes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our five wonderful nights at Maison Carla Rosa, staying in apartment #1. The private pool and outdoor space were a real highlight—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a morning coffee. The unit itself was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed; no detail was overlooked. The host and housekeeping staff were consistently warm and helpful whenever we met them—genuine hospitality that made a big difference. The shared pool area is fantastic, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine. Just a 5-minute walk to a local grocery store, and parking was conveniently located right by the building. Only a 10-minute stroll to the beach—so close to the sea without the hassle of long walks. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we’ll definitely be returning. Truly a gem in Cannes.

Her level of care made our trip stress-free and truly memorable. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from the Cannes Lions venue, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We loved starting each day with a morning run and enjoying coffee at a cozy café right around the corner. If you're planning a trip to Cannes, don’t hesitate—this is the place to stay. Our stay at Cannes Sun Appart'hôtel was absolutely delightful. Located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and only 5 minutes from Cannes Train Station, it’s perfectly positioned for both relaxation and easy city access. Despite being in the heart of town, the residence is quiet and the neighborhood feels warm and welcoming. The check-in experience was charming—using a code to access the unit was a huge plus, especially for late arrivals, and no worries about lost keys. Free street parking is available and fairly accessible depending on the time of day, which made getting around hassle-free. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and spacious—perfect for taller guests. We’ll definitely be returning for our next trip to Cannes, especially during the Film Festival. Highly recommend this gem!

Despite being underground, the space felt bright and intimate. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the beach and downtown Cannes, making it super convenient for exploring. Excellent value for money and a delightful stay overall—definitely coming back!

Staying at 7Art Hotel was a solid choice for a quick business trip to Cannes. The location is excellent—right in the heart of town, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, making check-in and daily requests a breeze. I really appreciated the daily complimentary filtered water bottles—simple but thoughtful touch. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped for short stays. That said, since my room was on the ground floor with large windows facing the street, there was quite a bit of foot traffic visible day and night, which slightly affected privacy. It’s not a dealbreaker, especially considering the great value and central positioning. Overall, it’s a reliable option if you’re looking for convenience and comfort without the high price tag.
