During Hajj 2024, we were walking under extreme heat from Jamarat when the temperature soared to 50°C and we ran out of water. At our breaking point, we stumbled upon Sidqie Street, where Rawasi Al Barakah was the only hotel with its doors open—welcoming us in without hesitation. They not only gave us shelter from the scorching sun but also provided plenty of water, which helped us recover just in time before continuing our journey to Makkah. Their kindness made all the difference—we were truly on the verge of heatstroke, and their support literally saved us. Even more impressive, they distributed bottled water to other travelers struggling on the street, showing genuine compassion in a moment of crisis. It’s rare to witness such selfless hospitality, especially in such harsh conditions. We’re deeply grateful for their humanity and generosity. May this hotel and its staff be blessed abundantly by Allah. From Melbourne, Australia.

The hotel is incredibly convenient for travelers visiting Mecca. There are several restaurants and a supermarket right nearby, making it easy to grab meals or essentials without going far. Best of all, the bus station that takes you directly to the Haram is just a 1-2 minute walk away—perfect for those heading to the holy site. The location really stands out, offering great value and seamless access to key attractions. A solid choice for both pilgrims and tourists.

Honestly, I’m writing this review as I’m on my way back to Qatar after a perfect five-day stay at Al Rayan Towers Hotel with my family during our Umrah pilgrimage. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The front desk and reservations staff were among the most courteous and professional we’ve ever encountered—smiles were genuine, and every interaction felt warm and reassuring. The hotel is just a short 7-kilometer walk from the Grand Mosque, but what truly stood out was the exceptional 24/7 shuttle service. Every bus clearly displays driver and supervisor contact numbers for transparency and immediate response. The buses arrive right in front of the Clock Tower, just a two-minute walk from the mosque entrance—extremely convenient for pilgrims. Cleanliness throughout the rooms was outstanding, and any request was met promptly with no hesitation. During one of our transfers, I accidentally left some valuable personal items on the shuttle. To my relief, the driver (who I believe was Khalid) found them and returned everything personally—truly heartwarming. I’d like to sincerely thank Saad, Saeed Al Zahrani, Ayman Al Qurani, Khaled Al Zahrani, Wessam, and others whose names I didn’t catch—your kindness and gentle demeanor made a lasting impression. The hotel’s proximity to restaurants, shopping areas, and Masjid Aisha (RA) adds to its appeal. If you’re planning a visit to Makkah, especially for Umrah, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a home away from home with unmatched hospitality.

Hotel 21 is absolutely fantastic! The place is spotless, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Mecca. Just steps away from a convenience store, fresh juice shop, laundry service, pharmacy, and the charming Romance Restaurant. I was especially happy to find free street parking right in front and behind the hotel—no stress at all when arriving or leaving with a car. Everything is convenient, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. This is definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Mecca. I’ll be coming back again!

Absolutely perfect location—right next to the holy site with a convenient shuttle service that runs directly to and from Masjid al-Haram. The convenience of not having to walk far during your pilgrimage is priceless. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. This hotel truly makes your visit stress-free and spiritually uplifting. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Staying at Afraa Hotel Al Aziziya was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Grand Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for pilgrims and visitors alike. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to rest and recharge. Whether you're here for Umrah, Hajj, or simply exploring Mecca, this is a top choice. I’ll definitely be returning next time.

The hotel is actually quite close to the Holy Mosque, though the Google Maps location seems a bit off—using the Arabic name for navigation works much better. It's about 15 kilometers from Masjid al-Haram, but the transportation options are convenient, whether by metro or taxi. The journey is smooth and well-connected, making it a great choice for pilgrims. Despite the distance, the value for money and comfort make it a top pick for those visiting Makkah.
