Great value for money, and definitely a place I’d recommend to fellow travelers looking for comfort and character.

The location of this apartment isn't very convenient—getting around the city requires a bit more effort than expected, which can be frustrating if you're planning to explore on foot or via public transport. Cleanliness is another area that needs improvement; we noticed dust buildup on surfaces, and some areas like the bathroom didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. There were also visible stains on the carpet, which made the overall experience less comfortable than anticipated. While the price point is reasonable, the current standard doesn’t match what guests should expect for a clean and well-maintained stay. I hope management takes feedback seriously and invests in better housekeeping practices and facility upkeep. With some improvements, this property could definitely offer a much better experience.

What truly surprised me was finding authentic Chinese spicy hot pot nearby—such a welcome treat when craving familiar flavors. It’s rare to find such a comforting taste so close to home while traveling abroad. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, comfort, and convenience. The room was far below what I expected for the price, and the overall atmosphere felt quite basic. While the property didn’t meet my standards, I do appreciate the platform’s customer service—they responded quickly and handled the issue with genuine care. Still, the lack of quality and comfort makes it hard to recommend. Definitely won’t be booking here again, especially considering the value for money. Hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the guest experience in the future.

With excellent service, great location, and attention to detail, this place offers incredible value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Riyadh.

It’s clear that care and attention go into every detail. If you’re looking for a comfortable, secure, and thoughtfully designed residential retreat in Riyadh, this is definitely one of the best choices.
Meral Crown Hotel

The staff are incredibly courteous and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you check in. Their professionalism and genuine care really stand out.
