There were also visible stains on the carpet, which made the overall experience less comfortable than anticipated. The room was far below what I expected for the price, and the overall atmosphere felt quite basic. While the property didn’t meet my standards, I do appreciate the platform’s customer service—they responded quickly and handled the issue with genuine care. Still, the lack of quality and comfort makes it hard to recommend. Definitely won’t be booking here again, especially considering the value for money. Hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the guest experience in the future.
