I stayed here in June 2022 during a trip to Scotland, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The property is essentially a collection of apartments located in an aging building situated in a less desirable part of Glasgow. My unit didn’t match the photos shown on the platform at all—I brought this up, and was told the images were from other units. The windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in constant street noise from the busy road outside. Up close, the place looked dirty and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Overall, I regret choosing this accommodation and believe I could have found a better option for the price.

But what truly stood out was the staff. From the friendly check-in guy to Harry, who served our breakfast the next morning, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Harry even gave us some thoughtful recommendations for things to see along the way to the stadium and airport—so much appreciated! The whole experience felt personal and welcoming.
