Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Everything is super clean and well-maintained, making the whole stay feel fresh and relaxing. I especially loved the indoor artificial hot spring—it’s a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring Kobe. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely book again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kobe!

Staying at R&B Hotel Kobe Motomachi was an absolute delight. Located right in the heart of Motomachi, it's incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Sannomiya and a 15-minute stroll to Kōbe Port’s Amerika-mura Park. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which made the start of our trip stress-free. What stood out most was how central the hotel is—right in the middle of a lively local area with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants just outside the door. If you're a sports fan, this place is perfect: you can be at the stadium via the nearby coastal path in under a minute. Breakfast is included and offers a simple but satisfying start to the day. While it's a classic-style hotel with traditional amenities, everything is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. For its location, value, and convenience, this is easily a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely stay here again on any future visit to Kobe.

Staying at esukaru Kobe was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond—despite check-in not being until afternoon, they kindly allowed us to check in early when we arrived midday. They even offered luggage storage, which made our day so much easier. The room itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean with a perfect balance of modern design and comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a baby. What truly stood out was the peaceful atmosphere—the area is so quiet at night, making it feel like a serene retreat right in the heart of Kobe. It’s also super convenient for exploring the city, just a short train ride away. For the quality, location, and service, this place offers unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at Hostel Anchorage in Kobe and was really impressed! The dorm bed was clean and tidy, and having a personal lockable cabinet made storing my belongings super convenient. One small note—when I pulled the curtain closed, it got a bit warm inside, but that’s just a minor detail. What stood out most was the location: right in the heart of a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and street food options. It’s also just a short walk or quick subway ride to Sannomiya, making transit super easy. Great value for money and a fantastic base for exploring Kobe. Definitely planning to come back.

I’m giving a genuine shoutout to Hotel Dormy Inn Kobe Motomachi Hot Springs — I’ll definitely be coming back! The room is compact, with a small bed and bathroom, but it’s actually more spacious than some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Osaka. Even my 29-inch suitcase fits easily when opened. What truly makes this place stand out is the on-site natural hot spring — absolutely heavenly. We visited the bath every single day, and it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. Free perks like ice cream, coffee, Yakult, massage chairs, and fresh ramen are such a nice surprise. There’s also a microwave next to the coffee machine, so you can heat up snacks from nearby convenience stores — super convenient! The location is fantastic too — just a short walk from both the Motomachi and Kobe Station (JR), and only one stop from Sannomiya. It’s incredibly easy to get around. Just seeing the hotel’s photos brings back all the happy memories of my last trip to Kobe. This is a place I’d happily return to again and again.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just a short walk from the subway and close to everything worth seeing in Kobe. Great value for money, friendly vibe, and an overall fantastic experience. Definitely recommend this hostel if you're looking for comfort, charm, and a home-away-from-home feel.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience—direct airport shuttle access to Kansai or Itami Airport makes travel effortless. Right across the street is a Don Quijote, so grabbing snacks, essentials, or souvenirs is super easy. Kobe itself is small and very walkable; in the evening, I strolled over to Amerika-mura Park for stunning sea views and then popped into Daimaru Department Store for some casual shopping—perfect for a relaxed night out. Inside the hotel, there’s a water dispenser at reception, and staff happily provide free bottled water and face masks—small touches that make a big difference. The self-check-in and check-out kiosks are a real time-saver, especially if you’re on a tight schedule. The room is compact, so it feels a bit snug with three guests, but considering the location, service, and overall value, it’s still a great choice. Highly recommend for travelers who prioritize convenience and comfort.

The hotel is incredibly close to top attractions like Shukkeien Garden and Kitano-chō, both within walking distance. The room itself is spacious—easily fits two large suitcases with room to spare—and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. One highlight was the complimentary access to the sauna facilities, which added a real touch of luxury. This is definitely a place I’d return to on my next visit to Kobe. While parking was an issue during our stay (the on-site lot was full even after two nights), there are alternative parking options just a few blocks away, so it wasn’t a major hassle. The Wi-Fi signal is fairly weak, so we ended up relying more on our mobile data, which worked better for streaming and browsing. One highlight was the free tea service in the lobby—perfect for a quick morning pick-me-up. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money make this a top choice if you're visiting Kobe.
