If you’re worried about sun exposure, opt for a motorized yacht with a roof—it offers more shade, but still only lasts about half an hour. That said, the sailboat experience feels like a better deal. I’d skip the “tidal pool hunting” tour—it’s mostly staged and not worth it. Overall, the host is super helpful and knowledgeable.
