From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly, gave us a thorough tour of the hotel’s amenities, and even helped us book a local Porto restaurant through a personal call—she knew exactly where to go and shared great tips on nearby attractions you can reach on foot. Our conversation was so pleasant and genuine, it felt like chatting with a friend who truly cares about your experience. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. I’d definitely come back here if I ever visit Porto again. A truly memorable stay.
