Staying at Raffles Jakarta was an absolute delight! The rooftop pool on the 14th floor is a highlight—perfect for a refreshing swim during the day with stunning views of the city skyline. It’s both relaxing and scenic, making it a great spot to unwind. The room itself was elegant and well-appointed, but there’s one small detail worth mentioning: there were no room-temperature bottled waters available—only chilled ones stored in the fridge. Since I prefer drinking water at room temperature, having to wait for the ice to melt a bit before sipping wasn’t ideal. Also, the in-room water dispenser is basic and lacks a filtration system, so it’s unclear when or what kind of water was last refilled. For someone like me who’s particular about water quality, this could be a concern. That said, the overall experience was exceptional—the service, ambiance, and attention to detail are top-notch. This place truly lives up to its reputation, and I’d definitely return.

The service truly stood out, especially thanks to the amazing staff members Sheina and Shelly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!
