The staff went above and beyond from check-in to check-out; they were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Any small issues I had were resolved within minutes by maintenance—usually less than 10 after calling, which is impressive. The only hiccup was figuring out parking before check-in. There’s no designated short-term parking area, so I lucked out finding a spot near the front door on Hornsby Street while I waited to check in. Once inside and with my key in hand, I discovered there’s ample secure parking directly under the building—no extra cost at all. Considering how expensive downtown Vancouver parking can be, this was a major plus. The location is perfect for shopping and exploring the city. I’d definitely return here in the future—it’s a standout choice.
