That said, the restaurant Brulee Bristô absolutely lived up to the hype—excellent ambiance, great service, and they even surprised us with a heartfelt celebration for our anniversary, which brought a real smile to our faces. As part of the Gramado Parks collection, we expected a more consistent level of personalized attention. It’s a shame that such a small oversight could overshadow an otherwise lovely stay. Hopefully, future guests will benefit from stronger follow-through on these kinds of promises.

The only minor downside is that if you're assigned to the second floor, the stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying luggage or bulky items might be slightly tricky. However, this is a small trade-off considering how convenient the location is—just steps away from the train station, close to the city center, and with a bus stop right nearby if you want to use public transport. Clean, comfortable, and very well-located, we’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay in Salzburg.
