We stayed at the San Remo Oasis 2 Bedroom Condominium with a group of five, but upon check-in we were only given three towels and no blanket was provided right away. While the unit is clean and conveniently located near downtown Cebu—making it easy to get around by public transit—the lack of basic amenities for larger groups was noticeable. For families or groups traveling together, having enough towels and bedding essentials is essential for comfort. It’s a decent value for the price, especially with the location advantage, but the hotel could definitely improve in terms of guest service and preparedness for multi-person stays. A few small upgrades would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

The room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived four hours before check-in and dropped off our luggage while running errands—no problem at all. To our surprise, they even allowed us to check in an hour early, which made our day much smoother. Their hospitality was genuinely warm and accommodating. Plus, being just steps away from Super Metro on Baclay Drive makes grocery shopping or grabbing essentials super convenient. The location is ideal for exploring Cebu, and with such a welcoming team, this place feels like a home away from home.

This place is absolutely frustrating. Even local drivers, security staff, and Filipinos couldn’t find it—no clear street number or proper address provided. I paid 2,000 pesos for a taxi ride just to circle around and still couldn’t locate the property. The lack of accurate location details made the entire experience a waste of time and money. I’m seriously disappointed and feel misled. If I don’t get my refund, I’ll involve my lawyer—this isn’t acceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, not because it’s hard to find, but because no one in Cebu seems to know where it actually is. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I did notice some sound from neighboring rooms, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Overall, this place offers great value for money, particularly if you're looking for a no-frills stay close to campus. I’d definitely recommend it for short-term visits or budget-conscious travelers.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed, though I’d recommend adding more blankets for colder evenings. There was a missing wall tile in the bathroom, which is a small but noticeable detail that could be improved. What really stood out was the pool—clean, peaceful, and perfect for daily swims. I used it every day during my six-night stay, but oddly, no one asked me about the pool access code until my last day. I had already deleted the email with the code, so I had to dig through my deleted messages to find it—a bit frustrating. Despite that hiccup, the value for money and the excellent amenities make this a top choice. Highly recommend!

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. Even though it’s a bit outside the city center, it’s super easy to get around using Grab—affordable and quick. Plus, the Wi-Fi is lightning-fast, which is great for streaming or working remotely. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-organized place to stay in Cebu without breaking the bank, this is an absolute must-book. Highly recommended!
