Public transport is just steps away—taking bus 2 or 12 gets you to the Van Gogh Museum in just seven stops, making it super efficient. The only minor downside is the small steps at the entrance, which can be tricky when hauling large suitcases. However, that’s a small trade-off for such a great stay. I booked a river-view room on the ground floor, and despite being low-rise, the view was perfect—unobstructed and breathtaking, whether during the day or at night. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value, top-notch service, and a memorable experience. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and charm in Amsterdam.
