The hotel’s central location is perfect: just a short metro ride from the heart of the city, with great access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which made it easy to sleep soundly after a long journey. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with premium toiletries that added a nice touch. Staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. The fitness center and rooftop pool are both in excellent condition and offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in its service and attention to detail. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, and Retiro Park. Even better, there’s a car rental desk right in the underground garage at Plaza de España—grabbing our rental car took only about 500 meters of walking. Perfect for exploring beyond the city. We also enjoyed a relaxing swim at the rooftop pool, where we unexpectedly met a charming English-speaking guy who spoke Mandarin better than I do—such a fun moment! And the restaurant had a Chinese team member who was friendly, efficient, and made us feel at home. Honestly, if the price fits your budget, this place has absolutely nothing to complain about. A flawless experience—definitely coming back.

This recently renovated hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with a great location. Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
