The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

That said, cleanliness this time didn’t quite match up to last year’s standard—hope they’ll take note and improve. During our four-night stay, housekeeping came by daily with fresh towels and clean supplies. They even noticed our clothes piled up and left laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch. On Mid-Autumn Festival evening, we returned to our room to find mooncakes waiting for us—so sweet and unexpected! This small gesture made the whole trip feel special.
