Arriving at the apartment, we were shocked to find it literally dirty and disorganized—no cleaning had been done at all. We waited over an hour before someone finally showed up to do a rushed cleanup, barely spending 20 minutes and even skipping the floor mopping. For a property that markets itself as luxury, the customer service was far below expectations. We asked four times about flexibility with check-out time as compensation for the poor welcome, but only received a response at 9:30 PM—telling us there was no way they could accommodate our request, and not once did they offer any discount for the inconvenience caused. It was a truly disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is excellent—perfectly situated for exploring Málaga, with easy access to public transit and plenty of nearby restaurants. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, which was a big plus. However, we noticed a strong bleach-like odor that lingered for an entire day, likely from overuse of cleaning products. The space is quite small for four people, even with two double bedrooms. There's also a second double bed tucked in a loft area, which feels more like a punishment spot for misbehaving friends—especially if you're claustrophobic. The bathroom is tiny, barely enough for one person to shower comfortably at a time. Natural light? Virtually nonexistent. Opening the blinds means you’re basically sharing views with the neighboring unit. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are solid, the cramped layout and lack of privacy make it less ideal for larger groups or travelers seeking comfort. It’s okay for a quick overnight stay or budget-conscious visitors, but don’t expect much space or ambiance.

As a group of young women, we felt disrespected when they sent us blunt text messages with no courtesy. The situation worsened when we collected our luggage—the front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence, making us feel like an inconvenience. This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and included thoughtful touches like a safe and first-aid kit—perfect for a comfortable stay. Entry is smartphone-based, but the free Wi-Fi works reliably every time we approach the building, so no connectivity issues. Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Malaga. With its unbeatable location, excellent service, and high-quality amenities, we’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Staying at Hello Málaga Flat Salitre I was a great experience overall. Located on the fourth floor of a sleek building in a bustling shopping street, it’s just steps away from the modern and impressive train station—perfect for hopping on trains to the airport, Barcelona, Madrid, and beyond. The station itself feels like a mini shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it super convenient. The apartment is simple but well-designed: a compact bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed and satellite TV (you can catch Rai channels), and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays. The only downside? Limited free parking. We ended up using a nearby underground lot, which cost 30 euros per day—definitely pricey. Still, if you’re planning to use public transit (which is highly recommended here), this isn’t a dealbreaker. With its central location, smart layout, and solid amenities, this flat offers excellent value for travelers who prioritize convenience and urban access.
