The front desk staff are exceptional—especially one lady whose name I don’t know, but she truly stood out with her warm, professional service. Everyone else was just as great. I stayed in room 102 from the 7th to the 14th, and the in-room fridge was perfect for keeping drinks and snacks cool. The housekeeping team were consistently excellent—always spotless, respectful, and attentive. The entire experience felt seamless and welcoming.
