Even though I live in Mar del Plata, I finally had the chance to visit Hotel Sainte Jeanne in person and stay for three nights with my closest friend—what a perfect getaway! The restaurant is fantastic—I’ve been there before and keep coming back because of the excellent food and service; they also offer a great executive lunch menu. The café is equally impressive. Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and attentive. One small suggestion: at breakfast, there’s a photo frame indicating it’s not self-service, but it’s placed in a spot that’s hard to see. When we tried to serve ourselves since no one was around, we were gently reminded it wasn’t allowed—which felt awkward, especially since we later noticed several other guests had the same experience. Also, while items like cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, and more are available, they’re not clearly displayed or mentioned, so guests might miss them entirely. That said, these are just minor improvements—not at all detracting from how exceptional the hotel truly is. I’m sharing this feedback with the best intentions, knowing such changes could make an already amazing stay even better.
