However, the room’s amenities were underwhelming—definitely not up to par with a full-service chain like Quanji. The bedding didn’t feel like what I’d expect from Huazhu Club either. That said, the staff member Xiao Zhang was exceptional—always present, attentive, and genuinely warm. There was also a tiny adorable dog named Xuebi who added so much character to the experience. What really frustrated me was the misleading info: I personally checked Yinchan’s courtyard and found it wasn’t under maintenance at all—it was actually rented out, and there were newborn kittens inside. Several guests had been moved here from Yinchan, which made the situation even more confusing. I gave five stars purely because of the outstanding service—no way I wanted to cause any trouble for such a thoughtful team.
