One moment stood out: the front desk guy jokingly asked me, 'Why didn’t you book directly here?' 😂 I laughed and said, 'Because the service through Ctrip has been so great!' While I appreciate the platform’s reliability, I must say this hotel itself is excellent—clean, well-located, and very welcoming. The team goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home.
