The Renaissance Dallas Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and calming atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I appreciated how close it was to public transit—getting around downtown Dallas was a breeze. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out seamless. With great amenities, excellent location, and top-notch cleanliness, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Dallas.

Staying at Hilton Anatole in Dallas was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and easy access to everything. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, and having Jade Waters Park right on-site is such a wonderful bonus for guests who want a peaceful retreat. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

I arrived late at night, and while parking was listed at $15, the staff waived the fee after a quick conversation—really appreciated that touch of hospitality. A heads-up: my Chinese bank card worked fine for the deposit, but cash in USD wasn’t accepted. Also, the refund took a bit longer than expected—likely due to international banking processing times. It’s true that using credit cards for deposits ties up funds for a while, which can be inconvenient, especially if you’ve stayed at multiple hotels. Still, the service, cleanliness, and location make this hotel a standout choice. I’d definitely book here again.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Skyline Trinity. I booked a night, but never received the check-in link, and my messages went completely unanswered. I even showed up in person, only to be left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a major waste of time. I hope the platform takes steps to prevent this from happening to other guests.
