The mini-fridge had bottled drinking water, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel also offers extra services like massage and excursions, plus convenient transfers. A special thanks to Sabrina—the staff member who speaks fluent Russian. Her warm hospitality made a big difference. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. If you're traveling with family or friends from China, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s friendly, practical, and packed with heart.

I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances. Even if I only stayed one night, I’d have paid more for a better experience elsewhere. Getting here from the airport is super easy—just take bus 600 directly to the hotel. There’s also a dedicated taxi stand nearby, and starting in 2025, Yandex Taxi will be operating here with no hidden fees. Payment options include cash or Russian bank cards, which is a nice touch.
