The room was priced at $1,230 during the holiday period—way above the normal rate of $200–$300. After hours of back-and-forth arguing with no resolution, I ended up leaving without checking in and had to rush back across the border late at night. The platform response was painfully slow, and the staff showed zero willingness to compromise or explain. The property itself is extremely cramped, resembling a dormitory more than a guest house. Overcrowded rooms filled with international guests, particularly from India and Africa, raised serious concerns about cleanliness and personal safety. It felt unsafe and unhygienic. I strongly advise others to avoid this place—this was not just disappointing, it was outright unacceptable.
