The lack of updates and transparency is disappointing, especially when you’re relying on accurate info for your trip. This place should be taken down from the site.

The breakfast was awful—cakes and pastries swarming with flies, and the tapioca was inedible. The overall cleanliness was terrible, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I won’t be returning, and honestly, this stay felt more like a horror story than a vacation. Definitely not worth it.
