The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and packed with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well that I woke up refreshed every morning. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help shine through in every interaction. From the bellhop to the housekeeping team, everyone goes the extra mile without making it feel forced. It’s clear they take pride in delivering exceptional service. This was my first stay at Hotel Spa Republica, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service across all departments—front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and breakfast—was exceptional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The spa facilities are top-notch: the sauna is relaxing, and the pool area feels like a true retreat. I highly recommend Gabriela for her fangotherapy session and Paula for her deep-relaxing massage—both were rejuvenating and professionally done. The room was spotless every day, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Valet parking staff were courteous and efficient, making it easy to leave the car in safe hands. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s also convenient if you’re exploring by metro. Overall, an outstanding experience with incredible value—definitely planning to return.
Bristol Apart Hotel
I've stayed at Bristol Apart Hotel seven times over the past seven years, and I keep coming back because it's just perfect for me. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and super convenient for exploring downtown Mar del Plata. Everything else is excellent: clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for the price. A few small things could be improved though. The hot water gets scalding instantly—there’s no way to cool it down once it’s on, so installing a thermostatic mixer would help avoid accidents. Also, the bathroom floors are slippery, so adding rubber mats would prevent falls. Lastly, the kitchen is missing some essentials like a hairdryer, iron, cutting boards, and serving dishes—adding these would make it even better. But honestly, these are minor issues. The overall experience is fantastic, and I’ll definitely return again next year.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Hotel España! While we initially chose it for its prime location, what truly made us come back again and again was the incredible hospitality from the staff. They’re consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile—not just with practical touches like providing mate tea, calling taxis, or opening the elevator, but also through warm smiles, friendly tones, and that personal touch that makes you feel truly welcome. This human-centered service is what sets them apart from other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained—great beds, working AC, TV, and a hairdryer in every room. Everything’s spotless and cozy, making it a perfect home away from home. Breakfast is generous, delicious, and varied—exactly what you want to start your day right. Despite being right in the heart of town, the hotel is remarkably quiet and peaceful. And as a huge fan of Cerati, I absolutely loved how they play his music in the background—it added such a special vibe. 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

Public transit access is super convenient, making it easy to explore Mar del Plata. The building itself is charming with a cozy, boutique vibe. The owners personally welcomed us, and the staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, abundant, and varied. I especially recommend the medialunas (Argentinian croissants)—flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious. They’re worth every bite! The only minor drawback is that parking isn’t covered, but honestly, it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic stay. This place truly delivers on comfort, charm, and value. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room came with a mini-fridge, a large safe (plenty big enough for a laptop), a wonderfully comfortable bed, and a well-sized bathroom with both air conditioning and heating—ideal for any season. The only minor wish? A couple of armchairs instead of just one would’ve made relaxing after a long day even better. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, top-notch pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, and a great selection of teas and infusions. Special shoutout to Micaela at breakfast; her warm and attentive service really made the morning extra special. The hotel offers a full range of amenities: a spa, fitness center, indoor pool, and a cozy coworking space—perfect if you're working remotely or just want to unwind. Parking is available but comes at a fee. Front desk staff Francisco and Marcelo were incredibly friendly and helpful with every request. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a few blocks from the beach and the Paseo Aldrey shopping area, making everything super accessible. With such a fantastic mix of comfort, convenience, and affordability, this place truly delivers excellent value. I’d absolutely stay here again—and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mar del Plata.

And the medialunas? Light, fluffy, like cloud-like pastries—absolutely exquisite. I can't recommend this place enough. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel Nueva Italia
The hotel is about 20 blocks from the beach, which is a bit far, but it's located in a lively area with constant activity around. We parked our car outside every night without any issues—security has really improved since the local authorities relocated the previous transient groups. The owners are absolutely outstanding—11 out of 10 for service! Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, and the room cleanliness was top-notch. What stood out most was their genuine love for animals—there were stray cats and dogs around, and they clearly care for them. It’s rare to find such warmth and kindness in hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mar del Plata.
