However, every other team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Location-wise, the neighborhood isn’t the safest for walking around, and there aren’t many attractions within easy reach on foot. We rented a car, which made everything much more convenient—highly recommended if you don’t have access to transportation. That said, considering the great value, excellent service, and prime location near Hollywood landmarks, this hotel is definitely worth a stay.

Just a 20-minute walk to the 7th Street Metro station—where all lines converge—making it easy to reach Hollywood, Santa Monica, or LAX without hassle. The lobby is on the second floor, secured with keycard access to both the building and elevator, which gives peace of mind. The front area is cozy and welcoming, offering free coffee (from a bean machine), hot tea, chocolate, and hot water 24/7. Each guest gets a generous pastry—think big croissants, chocolate rolls, or banana cake—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. I loved that coffee and tea were always available, no matter the time of day. The room itself was spacious and well-designed: full-size bed, flat-screen TV, desk for work, mini-fridge, AC/heat, and fast Wi-Fi. There's even a safe and a hairdryer.
