This was my second stay at Prague Saigon Airport Hotel, and overall, it remains a great choice. The room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and well-maintained, and the location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride from downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The value for money is excellent, especially for travelers with early flights or tight schedules. However, I did notice some noise from construction work on the 11th floor during the night, which made it hard to sleep peacefully—definitely not as peaceful as my first visit. I hope the hotel can address this issue by either improving soundproofing or adjusting the renovation schedule. Despite that small hiccup, I’d still recommend this property for its convenience, comfort, and affordability.
While the hotel isn't located right in the heart of Saigon, it still deserves a top rating overall. The place is spotless, secure, and very convenient—what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I’d like to sincerely thank Tho, Lam, Phi, Huyen, and the two young housekeeping ladies during my stay from April 23rd to May 3rd, 2024. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. It’s clear this team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
