The front desk responded quickly by offering a room change, which helped, but the new room was noticeably older and less stylish than the first. Plus, directly across from the window, the neighbor hotel’s massive air conditioning units were constantly humming—a sound like being on a plane. Still, despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent. Location, service, and comfort make this a standout choice for travelers.
