The lobby on the 6th floor is spacious and stylishly designed, giving off a modern, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. What really stood out? The front desk staff—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. I’d mentioned in my reservation that I needed an extra blanket, and they proactively confirmed it had already been delivered to my room before I even arrived. It's only a 300-meter walk to Shenzhen East Railway Station, making travel super convenient. The only downside was that the front desk staff didn’t issue an invoice during check-in, and I still haven’t received it. Hopefully the management can sort this out soon. Despite that small hiccup, the value for money and overall comfort made this stay highly recommended.
