The hotel itself feels brand new, with modern amenities and a sleek, elegant design that makes you feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable—just the right firmness for a good night’s sleep. And don’t miss the little breakfast spot right next door—it’s fantastic! I half-expected to see a U.S. president walking by. The photos are real shots from my stay, showing exactly what you can expect. InterContinental Hotels the Willard Washington D.C.

I was genuinely surprised by how impressive this hotel turned out to be—especially compared to most other hotels I've stayed in across the U.S., which tend to feel quite basic or outdated. The Willard Washington D.C. exceeded all my expectations in terms of both quality and value. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions like the White House and Capitol Hill, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a timeless elegance. But what really stood out were the on-site dining options—the restaurant and coffee shop offered far better food quality and atmosphere than I anticipated. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe felt refined yet welcoming. It's rare to find such a well-balanced experience outside of big cities like New York or Miami. If you're visiting Washington D.C., this is definitely one of the top choices. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any traveler looking for comfort, style, and great value.

Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of options and delicious flavors, especially the local specialties. I was in town for the NIAF event, and the hotel’s location was ideal: just a short walk or quick metro ride to the venue. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything from check-in to checkout ran smoothly. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced mix of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Washington Hilton

Staying at the Washington Hilton was a pleasant experience overall. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful during check-in. While water wasn’t automatically provided in the room, it was easy to get from the front desk—no hassle at all. There’s a mandatory $25 tax that can be redeemed at the Starbucks located right next to the hotel; just keep in mind that the $25 is already inclusive of tax when using it for purchases. One of the highlights was catching a glimpse of the U.S. Capitol Building just before government offices closed—definitely worth the timing! The bed was a bit on the softer side, making it feel like sinking into a pit if you’re used to firmer mattresses, so it might not suit everyone. However, cleanliness was excellent—the room was thoroughly cleaned and left spotless every time. With its central location near major attractions and great accessibility via public transit, this hotel offers solid value for travelers exploring Washington D.C. I’d definitely recommend it for those planning a short visit to the capital.

The design aesthetic is stunning: modern yet warm, with thoughtfully curated artwork on the walls that really elevate the atmosphere. Located just a short walk from major attractions, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. While there’s no direct public transit nearby, a taxi ride to most destinations costs only $10–15, which feels reasonable given the location and quality. This hotel delivers on comfort, style, and service—all in one perfect package. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Washington, D.C.

Black Swan - Liz DC - Executive Flat

The apartment had a strong musty odor and felt very poorly ventilated, making the stay uncomfortable. When issues arose during our visit, the staff was completely unhelpful and unresponsive—no communication at all. We were promised a partial refund in writing, but after checking out, they refused to honor it without any explanation. This lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful stay. Avoid it.
