This was my first time staying at the hotel, and honestly, I was extremely disappointed. Upon check-in, there was no milk powder available for making tea—something basic that should’ve been provided. For two guests, we were only given one coffee cup, and although staff promised to bring another, it never arrived. The complimentary breakfast on day one was just average, but day two was a major letdown. When we questioned why the poori tasted so bad, we were shocked by the response: the food was delivered from outside and not prepared in-house. That’s unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer quality service. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.
