Every staff member we met was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making our experience feel personal and special. What made it unforgettable was timing our visit perfectly with the winter Christmas festivities—the decorations, lighting, and seasonal touches were beautifully done, bringing joy to our whole family. The kids were especially thrilled. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was magical. If I ever come back to Harbin, there’s no doubt I’ll book here again. This trip, I stayed at several hotels in Harbin including Shangri-La, Crown Plaza, 1903 Central Street, and Westin—but The Ritz-Carlton truly stood out as the best. First off, breakfast in the executive lounge was a game-changer: quiet, private, and hassle-free. Unlike other hotels where you’re forced to join crowded dining areas or even queue for breakfast, here everything felt calm and seamless. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.

Staying at Harbin Sun Island Garden Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! 😊 The facilities are comprehensive and the business-like ambiance gives the place a sophisticated vibe. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything was spotless, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable if you're visiting Ice and Snow World; the back entrance leads straight to the venue, so even if you're coming back late after the park closes, it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. That convenience alone makes this hotel a top choice. The service is exceptional—responsive, attentive, and always helpful. I had a request for extra towels and it arrived within minutes. The only downside? Traffic congestion during city restrictions made getting around tricky, especially trying to hail a cab for dinner. But every time I struggled, kind local taxi drivers stepped in with warmth and humor—they shared stories, gave great tips, and made the experience feel personal. It’s clear that hospitality runs deep here. Overall, this stay offered incredible value, comfort, and unforgettable moments. I’ll definitely be back.

I've visited Harbin many times, but this stay at Xinling Homestay (Harbin West Railway Station) was truly a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, and everything else in the city is super accessible via metro. I made it to the morning market, explored the 731 Memorial Site, and enjoyed some amazing local food—all within a convenient radius. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the essentials: a fridge, washing machine, even a mahjong table for fun evenings. The large-screen TV delivered crisp, clear movie nights. Everything about the stay felt well-planned and comfortable. With such great value and convenience, I’ll definitely be extending my next visit and staying longer. Highly recommend!

Vanguard Residence Hotel Apartment is perfectly located near Haxi High-Speed Railway Station—super convenient for getting around, with great access to local restaurants and daily necessities. The room was spotless, bright, and spacious, with a fridge and washing machine included—so much like living at home. The key card system made entering side entrances effortless. Plus, the TV came with VIP channels already activated—perfect for binge-watching without any extra hassle. I can’t stress enough how great the value is. If I’m ever back in Harbin, this will be my top pick. Highly recommend!
