Staying at Hotel Casa Zañartu was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and local charm. The building itself is a historic gem, beautifully preserved with elegant architectural details that give it a unique, timeless atmosphere. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and quiet ambiance. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh pastries, homemade jams, and strong coffee made for a perfect morning start. It’s rare to find such a charming, authentic stay with such great value. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

Hotel Sonetto is a solid choice if you're looking for convenience and value. Located just a short distance from the city center, it's easy to get around—especially with quick access to the airport via public transit. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. While it’s not a luxury property, it offers great comfort and reliability for travelers who prioritize location and efficiency. I’d definitely recommend it for a hassle-free stay in Santiago.

Staying at Hotel Montecarlo Santiago was a solid choice for me. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Lastarria, steps away from Cerro Santa Lucía and surrounded by great restaurants. It’s also close to Plaza de Armas and many historic landmarks, making it easy to explore on foot. Public transit is just around the corner, so getting around the city is hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room on the 6th floor had a lovely view of the hill, and the shower pressure was excellent. I appreciated that breakfast was included (though not overly varied), and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The price felt very fair for what you get. That said, there are a few things to note: the furniture looks a bit dated, there’s no fridge in the room, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—frequent dropouts made it tough to connect. Still, considering the overall value, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. With a little improvement in internet reliability, it would be even better.

Staying at Hotel Santa Lucia was an absolute highlight of my trip to Santiago! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local vibe around. I loved how quiet and clean the hotel felt, yet it’s still super convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a comfy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and value—this hotel truly delivers. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santiago!

Staying at this stylish personal apartment was a highlight of my trip to Santiago. Located just steps from the main square, it’s perfectly positioned in the heart of the city—within walking distance to top restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The unit is beautifully designed with a modern artistic touch: two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area with a private balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. 24-hour concierge service and elevators add convenience and peace of mind. The location is unbeatable—central, vibrant, and full of energy. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I ever come back to Santiago.

Located in the heart of Santiago, this hotel is an ideal base for business travelers or groups looking to explore the city with ease. The building preserves the original façade of historic architecture, giving it a unique charm and authentic character—like stepping into a living piece of urban heritage. While the area used to host fireworks displays, today it’s more likely to feature festive light shows during special occasions, adding a touch of modern magic. The iconic Entel Tower is just a short walk away, almost visible from the building’s side. On clear days, guests staying on higher floors can enjoy stunning views of several prominent domes across the city through the hallway windows—almost like seeing a 3D map unfold before your eyes. The chain takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept facilities and offers prompt, attentive service. Whether you're here for work or leisure, the convenience, atmosphere, and thoughtful touches make this a solid choice.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Foresta! The location in Santiago is perfect—quiet yet close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Every detail, from the clean, well-appointed room to the thoughtful touches around the property, showed real care. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s a true retreat. I’ll definitely be returning with my family soon. Highly recommend this gem!

Hotel Sahara Inn is an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore Santiago with ease. Located just a short distance from the airport, it’s incredibly convenient for early check-ins or late-night arrivals. The central location makes getting around the city a breeze—public transit is just steps away, and major tours frequently pick up right at the hotel, saving time and hassle. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been comfortable and stress-free. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the overall value is outstanding. If you’re planning a trip to Santiago, this hotel is a top-tier option that truly delivers on comfort and convenience.

Hotel Baleares stands out in a great way—the room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bedding felt warm and cozy, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Mr. Vitor, the owner, was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful with check-in timing and any other needs. There was a brief issue with the hot water one day, but after mentioning it, the staff quickly fixed it—turns out a pipe had come loose. Their responsiveness made all the difference. From start to finish, the hospitality and attention to detail were top-notch. This place feels like a hidden gem in Santiago, and I’d happily return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained stay.

Absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the front desk staff were equally attentive and friendly. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's such a convenient base. Staying at Hostal Boutique Casa la Barca was an absolute delight. The location is perfect for exploring Santiago—walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit makes getting around a breeze. The place is immaculately clean, with cozy, comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was a standout: abundant, fresh, and varied—there was something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Santiago. We’ll definitely be back—this is exactly the kind of stay you want when you’re looking to experience the city like a local.

I arrived at 2:00 PM and even though I had mentioned in advance that I'd be checking in late, no one answered the door or offered any assistance. It was frustrating to show up and have no staff available to greet me or help with check-in. The location is decent—close to public transit and downtown—but the lack of basic hospitality really let down the experience. For the price, you’d expect a little more professionalism, especially when guests are arriving after hours. Definitely not something I’d recommend.
